At A Dream By Day, we value the time and commitment of our guests and stylists. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review our policies below:
Cancellation PolicyYour appointment time is reserved just for you, and when cancellations are made without sufficient notice, it impacts both our stylists and other clients. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all, the following terms apply:
- A 25% nonrefundable booking fee is required for all appointments. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost if the appointment is kept. If the appointment is canceled, the booking fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellations or modifications within 24-72 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Appointments scheduled within a 24-hour period are also subject to this cancellation policy.As a courtesy, we send confirmation messages via SMS and email 72 hours before your appointment, followed by reminders 48 hours prior. However, it is your responsibility to manage and keep your scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
At A Dream By Day, our goal is to deliver exceptional service and ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied. While we do not offer refunds on salon services, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have:
- If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within two days of your appointment.
- We require you to return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair.
- If adjustments are needed, we will reschedule you with the original stylist to make necessary changes at no additional cost.
Please note that complimentary adjustments are available only within
7-days of the initial service.
